Abu Dhabi Festival holds an important role in the creative ecosystem, and its initiatives have helped many artists solidify their presence in the international art world. Empowering young people to pursue their artistic dreams is an important pillar of the annual programme. Many of the UAE’s most exciting artists have found great success with ADMAF’s support, including conceptual artist Zeinab Alhashemi, mixed media artist Maitha Abdalla, Farah Al Qasimi, Ayesha Hadhir, and others whose works have been acquired by some of the most prestigious museums in the world.
