Her Excellency Huda Ibrahim Al Khamis, Founder of Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation and the Abu Dhabi Festival, presented the award to the world-renowned Chinese pianist, Lang Lang, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to music, culture and artistic excellence. The award pays tribute to the legendary Lang Lang, an extraordinary person and a humanitarian pioneer whose philanthropic work with UNICEF as a Goodwill Ambassador has allowed him to touch people’s hearts all over the world. His remarkable contributions to music and culture have transformed lives through the Lang Lang Foundation’s scholarships, training programs, and global outreach.
